Develop Your Leadership Skills

Clark College Economic & Community Development (ECD) is offering 16 hours of leadership training for your employees.

 

A leader is a critical asset to any organization. How you lead impacts the productivity of your workforce. Leaders manage the company’s vision and serve as the link between staff and management. Our leadership training courses are designed to empower leaders to create a dynamic workplace environment.

In this 16-hour course, you will learn:

  • Thursday, 5/24/18      Your Personal BrandWhat are you known for as a leader?
  • Thursday, 5/31/18      Communicating Effectively: How do you communicate to get your message across.
  • Thursday, 6/7/18        Setting the Example: Setting a confident example through your skills and abilities.
  • Thursday, 6/14/18      High Performance Teams: Setting goals and expectations to keep yourself and others accountable.

All courses will be held 8 a.m. — 12 p.m. at the Clark College Economic & Community Development Campus (downtown Vancouver @ the Columbia Bank Building: 500 Broadway, Suite 200, Vancouver, WA 98660).

All classes are offered independently. Sign up for just one class or all four! Attend a single class for $105 or save $50 by enrolling in all four classes at once for $370.
