Tracy is currently Program Manager of the Cooking and Wine School and the Mature Learning Program at Clark College.
An accomplished home cook who worked as a Sous Chef for Portland's exclusive Town Club, Tracy began preserving foods 31 years ago and made her first crock of sauerkraut the next year
Not a year has passed since that her pantry is empty! Tracy received her B.A. in Human Services from Evergreen State College, and an M.S. in Health Education from Portland State University.Shetaught Health and Nutrition classes at Clark and Portland State University for 15 years and was known for her great enthusiasm as an instructor.
She has embraced a lifelong dedication to living a Slow Foods and Locavore lifestyle, including an every year garden
