J.J. (Mike) Jordan, Ph.D
Mike Jordan, Professor Emeritus at Francis Marion University, is a seasoned psychology instructor. After teaching for 39 years full-time for Francis Marion University, he continued to teach part-time at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington for five years. Mike primarily taught undergraduate and graduate social psychology, statistics, motivation-emotion, measurement and research methods. He has also had a very active life in public service work leading numerous groups in topics such as stress management, everyday data, sleep, creativity and numerous others. He is currently most interested in the use of psychology for the betterment of everyday life and professional work. Mike holds a B.A., M.A. and PhD from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He recently moved to Washington to be closer to family.
