Chef Jorge Martinez, brings over 20 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, with a strong background in Pacific NW and Mediterranean cuisine.
He attended the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier,Vermont where he graduated with a degree in Culinary arts. Throughout his career Jorge has honed his skills working in some of the finest restaurants of the region and country. Currently at his Personal Chef company, Mon Chef. In addition to providing clients with custom menus using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, meeting the needs of the clients and their guests. He has also developed his own recipe for making artisan sourdough bread that is included with most of his services.
