The magic of cooking is based on chemistry! Students will create recipes that allow exciting experiments like the reaction of acid with a base/alkaline to create bubbles (pillow soft Buttermilk Pancakes), emulsions (chocolate ganache and blender mayonnaise), the wonder and pummeling of yeast into Monkey Bread and the magic of eggs. Eat your creations for lunch. Ages 9-12.
