Refund Policy

We will gladly provide a refund when requested at least three (3) business days prior to the first class date. There will be a 10% handling charge for all refund requests, unless otherwise noted within the course description. 


If a class is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund in the same manner in which they paid. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed from the date the class is cancelled.  


Due to circumstances beyond our control, locations and times may be changed during the quarter. We will contact you by phone or email to notify you of these changes. Updated infomration also will be posted on the class page listed in the class catalog. 

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our first concern; in the event of inclement weather, please use your best judgement in deciding to attend classes. The Clark College website ( will reflect cancellation information due to icy conditions. If the Economic and Community Development program concludes that the weather is too hazardous, we may also decide to cancel this class. In that case you will receive both a phone call and email. Make certain that we have your correct contact information by reviewing the class roster with your instructor.
