- Ballet slippers (Lyrical Shoes, Footundeez or other half-sole slippers are also acceptable)
- Comfortable workout clothing (Leotard and yoga pants, tights and/or form-fitting shorts
are also acceptable)
- Hair to be tied back or otherwise out of face (A ponytail is fine.)
- Water bottle
- In winter terms, you may wish to bring a pair of sweats or other warm clothing to
wear during warm-ups.
*Note that in this class we will be leaning and reaching our bodies, and sometimes
extending the legs apart. Please choose your attire accordingly.
