Current Classes

With having over 20 years of group exercise teaching experience and certification in the fitness industry, it was the past 9 years when Korri decided to focus on senior fitness with an emphasis on balance and fall prevention.

As a certified Senior Fitness Specialist from a national accreditation organization and a certified Cognitive Stimulation Instructor, Korri is dedicated to provide a class that will improve balance and stability and cognitive exercises to maintain and even improve memory retention. She is currently working in an Independent and Assisted living facility running their balance and fall reduction program and is experiencing great success with the residents. Moving easier and feeling better is her motto, and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the community.
