Rachel has over 13 years of experience as a nurse in geriatrics and pediatrics, working in a variety of care settings.

Before joining ECD, Rachel was Program Director and Instructor for Professional Medical Careers & NAC training at New Market Skills Center (NMSC), a consortium of 10 regional high schools that offer technical training. After a little over 3 years working in the program at NMSC, Rachel increased her student pass rate by 32%. Over the course of her career, Rachel has developed her expertise in the area of memory and dementia care.
