Hal Abrams is the Vice President for Development for Clark College Foundation.

He attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree, the University of San Francisco for his law degree, and Golden Gate University to receive an LL.M. (masters in taxation). Hal left his first career as an estate planning attorney in San Francisco to become a planned giving fundraiser. He has twenty years of fundraising experience, including City of Hope Medical Center, UC Berkeley, and the University of Oregon. Most recently Hal served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Lewis & Clark College and then served as a national fundraising consultant with Grenzebach Glier & Associates. After serving in this capacity with City of Hope, UC Berkeley and Oregon, he expanded his experiences by overseeing major gift fundraising for the athletic department at Oregon ,before heading on to Lewis & Clark. Hal has served on numerous regional planned giving boards and is a regular speaker at planned giving and estate planning conferences.
